To, The Secretary, PHED HUD, Lahore. SUBJECT: COMPLAINT AGAINST DPD RAWALPINDI FOR ISSUING TENDERS
Dear Sir, Facts were quoted about the subject through written complaint vide your office Dairy No. 155-P dated 16-01-2007, I wish you to remind again seeing that no necessary action has taken yet. It is very clear that said DPD Rawalpindi had the quiet intention to collect the pool money as he had already chosen a few pre-planned contractors for this purpose. For their illegitimate pool money govt. has suffered several millions. In case we were allowed to participate in the tenders, our rates definitely quoted at least 4.5% below from estimated rates, based on this we are ready to execute all works against the tenders for which CDRs have been presented. It is therefore requested that these tenders are processed without healthy competition be order for cancellation and please acquire other necessary action in this regard. Thanks.
