N.F. Railway Sub- prayer for allotment of railway qtr no 54/B [Type ii, ground floor] at charing gaon rly colony [Through proper channel] Respected Sir, With due respect and humble submission, beg to state you that my colleague named Sri Jadu nath sonowal designation Sr. tech[L/man] under SSE/ELECT/P/DBRT is going to retired from his job next year. The said qtr under his occupation will vacate in the eve of his retirement. I have inspected his qtr and find it suitable from my duty place to perform smooth daily duties. In my family have two small children, my sick wife suffering lower abdomen pain since long time and my old parents. My father is paralysis patient so he can’t move any more. It is suitable for my family to stay in ground floor for day to day domestic purpose. The qtr above mention is at the suitable distance from my duty place and also can be adjustable at ground floor qtr with my family. My whole family is now staying at Tinsukia for children studies purpose. After finish the academic session i.e. March 2019, I planned to bring my family to Dibrugarh. At the same time my colleague also vacates the qtr under his occupation. So I request to you to allot the said qtr in favour of me so that I can do my duties smoothly. Thanking you……..
