Circulars application is developed with a view to access all circulars from a common place.Circulars can be uploaded from any Region/CC through intranet portal.
Accessing of Circulars: Intranet website->Informative Links-> circulars By default, Last 14 days circulars will be visible. You can download the circular by clicking the Hyperlink. Circular date, Circular Region and Circular department is also visible along with the circular.
Viewing of latest circulars of a Region/CC/Entire POWERGRID: Click on the button of respective Region/CC/Entire POWERGRID for display of latest circulars sorted from latest to oldest date.
Searching of circulars: Select Area to be searched from left side menu , fill required subject or tag in the text boxes provided and press search button for searching.
Refined search: Click on view details. Further refined search can be carried out by entering date or subject or Department or Tags from here.
