 NPO  Labs (CBC, UA, Creatinine, Blood typing, ECG 12 lead, Na+ K+, SGPT, CSR-AD)  O2 inhalation @ 5L/min

 For further assessment and treatment  To replace fluid loss, and to make IV meds easy to administer

 IVFTF: PNSS 1 L @ 30gtts/min

 Paracetamol 300 mg IVT now, then q 4 for fever  AP informed

 ECG  Check ET cath BID  Suction oral/ CT precaution PRN  Do progressive leg exercise, BID 8/11/09  Tramadol 50 mg, amp IVT q 8 PRN for pain

 Ranitidine 50 mg, amp IVT q 8
