Enables self-serve course offering registrations, including instructor-led and web-based training

Provides the tools to facilitate personal development discussions



Tracks individual and group learning

System Requirements •

DLMS can be accessed from the Internet (a connection to the Caterpillar network is not necessary)

• High Speed access is recommended (384K min)



A Caterpillar CWS Login ID and Password are required to access the system



DLMS is a web-based application that requires: • Having Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2 or higher • Having Microsoft Virtual Machine or Java Plug-In • Disabling “Pop-up” blockers • Accepting ALL SECURITY WARNINGS when starting a web-based training offering for the first time



Other plug-ins, speakers, or headphones may be required, depending on the web-based training course you are launching

If your score is less than 80% the test is failed. You need to exit the module and start it over when you are ready in order to complete it.

Course History

Choose option “View My Course History” from “My Learning” tab

When you have completed a course whether it was successful or not successful the system will move the course out of the My Courses section and place them into the My Course History

Course History If you completed a course successfully you can click the “Print Certificate of Completion” link to print your certificate.
