Quantum of Evidence - Intelligent Use of Technology  How was the data secured? Process? Alteration?  Assess the process of capturing data  integrity of the data captured; o Augment, enhance, combined, filter data  Is that still the same data captured?  Software to interpret the data o Full lens of the data -Process of large information of data  Ensure that the information given to you processed by a particular program is not misleading you  Reliability of public data?  Filtration of information?  Relevance of filtered data? Arbitration -What is the burden of proof? Would it be criminal? Would it be civil/commercial? -Levels of disclosure of evidence -Can claimants present an award with confidentiality clause? -Produce evidence and it is up to the arbitrator to discern the relevant and acceptable/admissible evidence.  Burden of proving is on the counsel of the other side to disprove or convince the arbitrator that the evidence is inadmissible.  As arbitrator discern the evidence and it is up to you to give them the opportunity to contest the evidence and would it be comfortable for you to accept the evidence presented.  Arbitrator must be abreast of the developments in the areas of technology
