Accute • poisoning When concentration of air pollutants increases rapidly in a short time, population inhale lots of pollutants will occur acute poisoning. There are two sorts of cause of acute poisoning: smog accident and production accident.
Chronic poison
• Exposure in low concentration air pollutants for a long time can cause chronic poisoning. It include following: (1) Inflammatory with irritating for a long time (2) Cardiovascular diseases (3) Immunity of organism decreasing (4) Chronic chemical poisoning
Causing cancer • Studies showed that most air pollutants can cause cancer such as Cd, Cr, Se, benzo(a)pyrene and so on.
