the job of each committee will be as follows Group has created this opportuinity for all members to participate in with full dedication and all the members will accept their responsibility with same enthusiasm 1) Event organizing committee • • •

to prepare annual calendar of events to be undertaken by the group to introduce new events and activities to the group other then cricket (kite flying, holi celebration , diwali celebration, picnic, parties, dinners, etc) will be responsible for making proper arrangements for the event (e.g. if picnic then arranging for the site of picnic, transport, food and maharaj and other related activities e.g. arranging for kited and phirki for kite fling), group can distribute their responsibility to eligible people and volunteers . Responsible for inviting guest speakers or famous personalities for specific events. preparing list of coming holidays every season (3 months and preparing events for the holidays) Other matters as may feel appropriate.

2) External affairs/ finance and fund creation committee • • • • • •

Working in coordination with the event organizing committee to decide the cost of the event and the possible fees to be charged for that particular event. suggesting ways of creating funds in the group Approaching proper people /organizations/ companies for funding and sponsorship of group/ events etc. Should see to it that the group is financially sound and steady. Suggest and create sources of regular income for the group so that the group is never short of funds. committee should prepare quarterly report and present it to the president who will present it to the committee for checking the group activities and development

3) Internal affairs and record keepers • • • • •

responsible for collecting all the application forms and declaration forms if any one wants to join the group he should be directed to the this committee This committee will be responsible for providing appropriate form of the group to those who require it. Keep all the score of the cricket events if possible prepare a system by which performance of individual player can be chased. responsible for sending invitation to all the group members and any guest for the events organized (by fax email or other means)and collecting the confirmation for the same and coordinate with the treasurer and collect the charges if any for the events. responsible for mass mailing of any kind Responsible for recruiting volunteer as and when necessary for any particular event. committee should prepare quarterly report and present it to the president who will present it to the committee for checking the group activities and development

4) Ground organizers • • •

to organize for the availability of the ground and booking for the same and laisoining with the respective authorities for the same to confirm the dates of availability of the ground with the committee for possibility of organizing cricketing events Inform the committee and the president of the cost of the ground and any other expenses with regards to the ground booking (if we need to pay some donation or sponsor for securing ground dates etc). Should get the required approval from the committee. Coordinate with the treasurer and see to it that the payment of the site is done well in time which will ensure good credibility of the group. should see to it that all the players respect the rules of the ground for (e.g., ground should be clean when we hand over the ground back to the owner and the equipments rented or used should be kept in proper places etc)

5) Equipment management committee, • • • • • • • • • •

see to it that all the equipments that belong to the group is handled with care (as of now we are only dealing with the cricket kit) Distribute the kit among players and decide as to who will keep the kit. if any equipment is required to be purchased/repaired/ replaced then should take the required permission from the committee and coordinate with the treasurer for the same. Should see to it that the first aid kit is always available and never out of stock. responsible for arranging proper storage of excess kit/ equipment Maintenance of the equipment/ kit. keeping and storing of group dresses and providing of the dresses to the new members ordering for the new dress and communicating with the vendor / supplier of the dresses and equipments searching for the vendor who could supply kit dresses and other equipment at reasonable rates and ensure the quality of the stuff purchased committee should prepare quarterly report and present it to the president who will present it to the committee for checking the group activities and development

responsible for organizing tournaments with in the group and out side the group responsible to organizing cups and coordinating with the fund committee for arranging of sponsors and funding of the tournament arranging for required trophies and printing of required names on the trophies and shields Responsible for setting rules for tournaments and deciding about the prizes for the tournament if any. Preparing of application from for participation of the out side team in the tournament. Collecting application form, application fees and other fees as applicable and collecting appropriate confirmation from the participating team. Coordinating with the ground committee for availability of grounds for tournaments. responsible for coordinating with the events management committee and arranging for all the caterings and seating arrangements and other required arrangements for the events Appointing out side umpires and refries for the tournaments if required. Invite outside players to improve our skills. committee should prepare quarterly report and present it to the president who will present it to the committee for checking the group activities and development
