Mr. Warren Kinsella Daisy Consulting Group 101 Yorkville Avenue Suite 304 Toronto, Ontario M5R 1C1 Dear Warren, Thank you for your email request dated March 24, 2009, in which you ask us to waive our traditional policy of non-disclosure regarding internal lay leadership and staff matters. Given your longstanding service to the Canadian Jewish community and the State of Israel, we agree to your request on this matter. For the record, you approached CJC on February 24, 2009, offering to resign from our ad hoc legal committee. Public statements suggesting that you were "fired" from CJC are simply incorrect. In any event, we look forward to having you rejoin our organization at a time that is mutually beneficial. We hope this helps clarify any past misunderstandings, and again thank you for your passionate support of Israel, and the Canadian Jewish community. Sincerely,
