Dealer Agreement

Boost Mobile Dealer Consent to Support Boost Mobile Illuminated Sign Program Address of Location: _______________ _______________ _______________

Boost Mobile (“Boost”) has authorized __________ [insert name of Dealer] (“Dealer”), through its Distributor _______ [insert name of Distributor], to install a Boost Mobile Illuminated Sign (“Signage”) with Boost’s logo on Dealer’s storefront and for Dealer to devote a minimum of 25% of in-store real-estate or otherwise determined by Boost exclusively to the Boost Program to including: a) the Signage, b) wall section (“wall”) for paint and/or buildout, c) floor section immediately adjacent to wall; and d) other collateral items to be determined by Boost from time to time. Dealer agrees the Signage may be installed at the address above and acknowledges the Signage remains the property of Boost and Boost reserves the right to remove, revise, or reposition the Signage at any time. Dealer acknowledges that Dealer’s lease has an expiration date of _________. Dealer agrees to notify Boost Mobile at [email protected] or at phone number #949-789-4722 at least fifteen business days prior to any eviction of Dealer or termination of Dealer’s lease so Boost can make arrangements to retrieve the Signage. Boost will handle the relocation or removal in a timely manner. Dealer acknowledges that the Signage must remain in place for the Term of the Agreement between Distributor and Boost, and any Extension Term or subsequent Agreements if applicable. Boost retains the right to enforce the removal of the Signage upon the expiration or termination of the Agreement or at any time during the Term of the Agreement or subsequent Agreements, or any Extension Term if applicable, upon ten (10) days notice to Distributor.
