The intentionwas to continuewith the processwe established at the beginningof yourPresidency in 2007to establishclearexpectations anda systemof accountability that wouldpromotea cultureof opennessand transparencyfor your administration. Onceagain,in preparationfor your evaluationyoit preparedcomprehensive reviewnotebooks of your activitiesover the past year. This reviewwas precededby your submissionof propo$edgoalsfOrFY10.
