As LifeWay’s Director of Corporate Events, Executive Communications & Relations, I oversaw a half-million dollar budget line and managed six key areas for LifeWay: •

Executive Communications / Video Production

I led LifeWay’s President and Executive Vice-President to craft their message presentations. I produced supporting video, digital presentations and developed script for presentations to corporate Trustees, national network leaders, and employees. •

VIP Hospitality & Events

Directed corporate hospitality events for hundreds of VIP guests annually. Planned meeting agendas, presentations, logistics, booked travel and hotels, supervised catering, planned audio-visual production, conference and banquet setups, catering, coordinated paid and volunteer staff, booked entertainment. Oversaw facility tours for corporate guests. •

Live Production

Planned and produced live stage shows and marketing events for new product launches. Created, produced and directed LifeWay’s annual “Music of Christmas” shows at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium, directing a cast and crew of 80+ in a Broadway / theme-park styled Christmas Show for 5 performances to over 6000+ guests •
