Processing Purchase Order Considerations booked by the concerned client. Keeping a record of Order – Bookings and Sales – Bookings for the financial year with the updations on daily basis.



Looking after the dispatch activities and delivery schedule of the material to be dispatched to the customers on daily basis.



Updating for the pending dispatches of the month with the genuine reasons.

Handling customer’s inquiries over phone, mail / fax. Responsible for the order finalization of the inquiries received over phone, mail, and fax / through Sales Representative. Preparing MIS on monthly basis. Maintaining a record of the Enquiry Register for the enquiry received by any of the employees of the Branch.

Previous Job Profile: 1) Worked as an Account Cum Dispatch Executive in M/s. Filter Concept Inc. since last 2 Year. (April’ 06 to March’ 08)  Sending Quotations to the customers and responsible for the finalizing of the Orders.  Reviewing of the Purchase Orders and arranging for the Dispatch of the material to the customers.  In case of non-availability of material, issuing the work-orders to Factory for the manufacturing of the material.  Arranging for the Dispatch of the material as per the given schedule.  Proper Co-ordination with the customer for the material getting on time and arranging to take the Feed Back Form from the customer. 2) Having an experience of Tele-Marketing in the franchisee of CITI BANK (Nandi Financial Services, Naranpura) in Personal Loan Dept for 1 Year. (May’ 05 to March 06) •

Worked as a Tele - Caller in the Personal Loan Dept in CITI Bank in 2007 with a monthly target of minimum 10 - 12 lakhs.



Responsible for the completion of monthly target along with the team Members.
