Employment History Aug 2006 present Operations/Contracts Manager To date I have been employed for just over 3 years with bluestone Interior Solutions. This job was created as a new job within a new company. This company wanted to get into shopfitting and asked me to join the company to arrange the shopfitting side of the business. Along with one of the Directors who was to create the sales I started to get accounts opened with suppliers and sub contractors. I got a designer organized the paper work and brought in the first six months of work into bluestone. Working on site myself along with subcontractors managed to get the company started, at the same time I undertook to do the quotations, all site surveys and purchasing of all materials for the shopfitting side of the company. As business got going I employed two joiners who had been with me for over 15 years to do the shop fit outs leaving me time to organize the work. Over this last three years the business has been successfully

Key roles were the day to day running of the business as one of the key management personnel, overseeing the joinery workshop, goods in & out, stores transport and fitters dealing in all aspects of the business. The job was full hands on orginising meetings daily with key people in the Sales design and manufacturing departments to achieve the perfect final result.
