I have recently moved to AVIS e Solutions and am currently available as Business Manager/Business Analyst for Indian and International companies. I have approx 3 years of professional work experience in Marketing, specifically in the area of International Marketing begins with online interactions, and I wish to continue in this area of expertise. Work Experience:
Packet Shaper Technologies (P) Ltd. 14.06.2006 - 25.07.2008 Role: Business Development Manager I joined Packet Shaper Technologies - Management team after completing University. My role was to undertake all International and Domestic Marketing aspects of their Products, with a view to improving company’s sales. As PSTPL is one of the leading Telecom Service Provider Company in the UK, I had the opportunity to work on a number of campaigns including www.mayatelcards.com, www.packet-shaper.com and www.pocketportal.net. My duties included: • Understanding Company’s marketing objectives and fully analysing their online sector and competitors. • Taking care of their software sales in domestic and international market for products like Dialler, IP-PBX etc • Looking after their software sales with targets like CRM sales, VOIP Software etc. • Creating a complete Marketing strategy for my company, taking into consideration their marketing objectives, current positioning in their online sector, usability and design issues, and any technological restraints they may have. • Implementation of our SEO strategies, involving: building web, writing technical change request documents, suggesting copy changes and recommending meta data. • Communicating directly with clients (both marketing and technical contacts) to smoothly implement our solutions and answer all of their technical queries. • Researching developments in Competitor sector through reading websites/white papers and participating in forums such as CallcenterTermination, VOIP Forum names to a few. • Giving technical training for Clients (and new members of staff). • Analysing websites of potential clients’ to prepare the sales team for new business pitches and also being a techno-commercial representative during pitches to new clients.

My role hers is to undertake all International and Domestic Marketing aspects of companies Software / Hardware, with a view to increase their marketing aspect and company capitals. I completed some projects during that span like Online Car Sales System using VB, Website for online sales with payment gateway integration, Online Reservation System using JavaServlet and various other small projects. This considerably increased my technical skills; the acquiring and analysis of relevant information and the designing of detailed and clear projects, for which organisational skills and self-initiative were crucial.
