The CT-212 / CT-213 / CT-213T SHDSL NTU series provides symmetric transmission over a single twisted pair of telephone lines. The CT-212 has an industry standard V.35 interface, while the CT-213/CT-213T has a G.703 E1/T1 interface. Based on TC-PAM coding, the CT-212 supports multiple transmission rates up to 2,320 Kbit/s. In addition to software configurable line rates, the CT-212 also supports a rate adaptation function. They are ideally suited to leased line applications such as video conferencing, Internet access, and digital data network (DDN) access, etc. Featuring a powerful remote control capability, the local NTU can perform configuring, PM monitoring, querying, diagnostics and all maintenance functions on the remote NTU via the DSL line.
