solve this problem you have to do the next few steeps

Open your Solution File ( You Project on Visual Studio .NET 2005 ) . From The Solution Explorer chose "My Project" ( Directly under your ogram's name in the Visual Studio .NET 2005 Window) . When you chose "My Project" A new window will appears with the name your project in that window's title , and you will see on the left de of that window A list contains plication mpile ebug ferences sources ttings gning curity blish de Analysis Chose "Publish" , and you will see 4 vertical command Buttons , chose e second one ( "Prerequisites" Command Button ) . New window will appears when you chose "Prerequisites" , and form at window chose "Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 2.0" , make sure e check box is checked ( the mark is right ) . In the same window you will find 3 vertical Radio Buttons , chose the cond one ( The one with this name "Download Prerequisites from the me location as my application" ) , and then press ok to close the ndow and . Now you will find your self back again to Publish Window , so press e "Publish Now" Command , and A new folder will created ( The folder's me will be "Publish" and it will be automatically opened ) , and if it dn’t open you will find it under your solution's Folder . When the folder is opened , you will find A Folder Named rystalreports" ,Open it and you will find An Executable File Named " RRedist2005_x86 " Or "CRRedist2005_x64" , whatever , Start Install this e on your Client's PC before Starting you application on it , and er the installation of " CRRedist2005_x86 " is Completed , Run you plication , and the problem will disappear :) ( I hope so :P ) .

had this problem, but occurring for a windows application. In order to lve it, I:

Selected my setup project, and clicked properties. Clicked the "prerequisites" button Checked the boxes "Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 2.0", icrosoft Data Access Components 2.8" (CRYSTAL NEEDS THIS TO INSTALL), so ".NET Framework 2.0" (optionally). I then selected the "Download prerequisites from the same location as y application". When the setup file builds, it then put the necessary prerequisite es into directories with the install package. Installed on the server and am now happy!

llo there, don't know if this will help you. hen installing Asp.net 2.0 applications that make use crystal reports, e run time libraries for Crystal must be installed. install the Web application for the first time on the Server you ould use a setup installation. When building a Setup instalation, Make re that to inclued in your project dependencies the crystal report ntime files. hen you select to build your setup installation a CRRedist2005_x86 tup file will be create on the Debug folder under Crystal report bfolder of your setup installation directory. Before installing your eb Application Run this setup file and all the libraries for Crystal ll be installed. would recommend you to remove your application from your Server first fore running the setup.
