On the other hand, he has already the capacity to understand things such as taking of medicines on time, so the group graded him fair. We all know that dengue hemorrhagic fever is common in children ages below 15 years old and so with this we had come up with a rating of poor since the client is very much prone with this illness. Upon our interview we came to know that he is studying at DRANHS and it was said that there was a renovation going on just next to their classroom. Nowadays, rainy season is common and because of this drums were also provided to store the dripping of the rain wherein later on it caused mosquitoes to settle in the area.
