The Investment Banking division at Credit Suisse operates in a highly competitive and dynamic environment, and I believe my analytical and problem solving skills will enable me to thrive in the challenges posed by working in such a setting. My approach to leadership is team based, and this is evident in my role as the Club Captain of the Warwick Men’s Cricket Club, whereby I have been able to not only ensure the smooth running of the club but also develop my inter-personal, organizational, communication and decision-making skills. The application of such personal traits was distinct during my work experience at Muranga Forwarders Ltd.
