Cowboy Pie 1lb of sausages 21b of potatoes a tin of beans some cheese to sprinkle on the top as much or little as you like What you do is cook your sausages how you normally do them and boil and mash your potatoes. Get a casserole dish and place the sausages in it you may need to chop them in half. pour the baked beans over the top of the sausages them place the mash on top of that so you have the bottom layer sausages and beans and the top layer mash potato then sprinkle you cheese on top then place in oven on gas mark 5 for 20 to 30 minutes till top goes golden brown.
