Issuing Orders upon completion of November 7th hearing: Martin v. Martin, 04DR-4764

Dear Judge Roberts: Upon completion of the hearing held in Martin v. Martin on November 7, 2006, you instructed Ms. Arnelle Strand to promptly draft and tender the order(s) in regards to your decisions to sign and issue thereafter. She still has not done so, and considering the circumstances, there is little hope that she would have any great haste to do so in the near future, either. I will provide, then. Enclosed, please find the two (2) appropriate Orders, with Notices, regarding the child support modifications. I would appreciate your prompt signing and issuing of the same to effect the needed changes, and to dispose of this matter and all issues that were pending for said hearing. In summary: * Child support was ordered for minor children until age 18, or until graduation by age 19. * There are two (2) minor children involved: Stephanie, who graduates June 2007, at age 18 yrs 10 mos Jessica, who will graduate June 2009, at age 18 yrs 8 mos * To save confusion, child support will be assumed to be paid until each of their graduations. * There is an arrearage owed by Stephen and to be offset against the total amount of support to be paid from Theresa until said graduations (PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT). * Immediate issuance of the two attached orders should effect the proper implementation of the hearing’s child support determination, by the attachment’s scheduling of December 15, 2006. Thank you for your time in attending to the prompt disposition of this matter. With appreciation,

Theresa M. Martin
