Lead trainer: Diana Pound BSc MSc MIEEM CEnv, set up dialogue matters in 2000 to design and facilitate stakeholder participation in environmental decisions and provide training. She has over 11 years experience in stakeholder participation. She is regularly asked to participate in European forums considering conflict management and the natural environment and is now an IUCN Commissioner.
