ITEM NO. 2 Concrete Repair & Waterproofing:   





Cleaning of the entire area by using steel brushes, water jetting, or any other suitable means. Removal of loose, damaged & week concrete by using grinders & other suitable means. Repair of honey combed & loose concrete area by using non-shrink fast setting repair mortar. Opening and cutting of floor-wall joints & cold joint (25mm x 25mm and filling it with the hydraulic cement). Application of two coats (1mm each) of flexible, polymer, modified, cementitious water proofing coating, recommended for portable water.
