Phi Sigma Kappa Cornhole Tournament Team Signup Form

The brothers of the Upsilon Septaton Chapter of Phi Sigma Kappa will be hosting their first annual cornhole tournament on October 25th, 2009 on the Greek Quad on Clemson Campus. All proceeds will be donated to the Special Olympics. The cornhole tournament is open to all Greek Organizations on Clemson Campus. Teams of two will compete in a bracket style, single elimination tournament. There will be a separate bracket for Fraternities and Sororities. There will be prizes for each of the top placing teams in each bracket, as well as door prizes for those that are present. The participation fee is $30 and will include a spot in the tournament, a lunch ticket, and a ticket for door prizes.
