The Back Lot Bash is held in the back parking lot of the William R. Johnson Coliseum following the SFA Freshman Convocation. Each organization and business will be given one sixfoot table. Electricity is limited and available on a first comefirst served basis. Sign up soon to ensure that there is a spot for you. This event is designed to get freshmen excited about all the possibilities awaiting them on the SFA campus and in Nacogdoches. Here are a few of the groups and topics new students are interested in: · A Nacogdoches preview of local employers, · Local restaurants with free samples, · Local businesses showing what’s available in our city, · Student volunteer programs information, · University Police information, · Student organizations information, · Greek life information, and · Disability Support Services and other student services. · Each freshmen will receive a class of 2013 Tshirt.
