SOME OF THOSE RELATED TERMS ARE PATIENT – CENTERED CARE, MENTAL HEALTH CARE, AND INTEGRATED PRIMARY CARE OR PRIMARY CARE BEHAVIORAL CARE. ALONG WITH THE SESSIONS, PEDIATRIC SYMPTOM CHECKLIST WAS PASSED OUT TO BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR SCORING PSC (PATIENT – COMPLETED VERISON) OR YPSC (YOUTH SELF – REPORT). INTERPRETING THE PSC OR Y – PSC SUGGESTS THE NEED FOR EVALUATION OF OVERALL HEALTH. THESE ARE SOME TOOLS TO MAKE SURE CHILDREN HAVE A BRIGHTER FUTURE FOR THEMSELVES.
