Introduction: This action plan is designed to be a tool that you can use to contribute to the organizational goals of your work area. The significance of this action plan is to get an information about the economical development, innovation and changes that this area have been encountered and the accomplishments they’ve already acquired. It also includes the major problems and minor problems and the possible solutions that the interviewers trying to find in order to improve the lives and their community which is Manaoag, Pangasinan.

Install a french drain around the house.
