Week of November 9, 2009

Men of Gamma, It has been about three weeks since our last update and it has been a BUSY three weeks. AKL Gamma is finally starting to rise out of the ground as the basement walls are now in place and work can soon begin on the framing of the new addition. Meanwhile in the original house, final prep work was complete and now sub flooring is being laid throughout most of the structure. Outside the house work has progressed on the drainage system around the perimeter of the house. While this has meant the loss of several trees and landscaping you can rest assured that in the end the house will have a remarkable presence from Fourth and Daniel. Next on the list are the major orders including windows, trusses, and much more. With carpenters just starting on the job, we fully expect the house to be tightened up and ready for interior buildout by Christmas. With all that has been happening I will end this note a little short and instead show you all of the changes in 401 East Daniel Street. All the Best,

We Still Need Your Help! Although work is underway we have met 90% of our funding goals we must continue our fundraising efforts to complete the project. We are hoping that as you see work underway, that you will feel confident in our progress to continue or begin making generous contributions.
