aving started operations only in 2004, Anchorland Holdings, Inc. (ALHI) is practically just an industry toddler. However, going by its glowing milestones, this teething realty firm may very well have already grown fangs, as it aggressively and purposefully bites into the vastly competitive vertical residential development pie. Initially focusing its efforts on building luxurious and sophisticated condominium projects in the bustling Binondo district, ALHI has so far successfully constructed three high-rise residences in the area. And in its relentless drive to provide world class, high-end real estate projects while ensuring excellent after sales service, the company has now set its sights on blazing trails in other locations in the metropolis.

SoleMare ParkSuites, an 18-storey, twin tower development soon to rise at the bay area in the progressive city of Paranaque is ALHI’s latest offering. Envisioned to be a practical yet stylish home to young and upwardly mobile professionals and business executives, the project will be one of the first residential developments to emerge in what is touted as the next major business, entertainment and tourism hub in the country. Sitting on prime real estate within the Aseana Business Park along Roxas Boulevard, SoleMare

ParkSuites’ construction is spearheaded by the country’s foremost names in architecture and engineering. Its ultra-modern structural and design blueprint is suitably complemented by its locale’s charming natural verve. The development enjoys an unhampered dose of the calming vista and the hypnotic breeze emanating from scenic Manila Bay. Of course, another unreplicable add-on is the incomparable spectacle of Manila’s glorious sunset. Meanwhile, the project features smart living spaces as well as comprehensive facilities

and services. Units range from the 27sqm studio to the 60sqm four-bedroom, all turned over fully furnished and fitted. The architecturally-friendly layout allows units to be readily combined, giving homeowners the desired space and design latitude. The thoroughly secured community is likewise provided adequate amenities and activity areas that serve as the residents’ home extension. The entire third level of each building is in fact dedicated to such. A lap pool sits at the heart of the section, and is surrounded by function nooks

PLANNING and CONCEPTUALIZATION: Every step of the construction process, ALHI is on top. SHOWCASE: The Solemare Parksuites model unit encapsulates the lifestyle that the development promises: a haven where possibilities shine bright and life flows freely.

STYLING: Careful attention to detail typifies ALHI’s efforts to develop a functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing space for future residents.

where residents can entertain guests for intimate gatherings and get-togethers. A mini theater is likewise available and can accommodate up to 15 people. And in anticipation of the hi-tech lifestyle of its residents, SoleMare ParkSuites is made Wi-Fi ready. Shuttle service around Aseana Business Park and its neighboring developments is also thrown in for the utmost convenience of residents.

Arguably, however, SoleMare ParkSuites’ biggest come-on is that it will rise smack in the middle of the country’s next indisputable prime location. A mere 15 minutes from the international and domestic airports, the area’s master plan promises a grand, contiguous smorgasbord of the biggest and finest business offices, entertainment centers, leisure facilities, and residential clusters.

The development’s draw as both home and as investment can readily be seen from brisk and steady sales. In fact, the first of the two towers is already 70% sold – even without the benefit yet of model units or a showroom. Even more surprising, clients have been buying by multiple units, even

by entire floors. Friendly and flexible payment terms make this decidedly possible. Set to be turned over by the second quarter of 2011, SoleMare ParkSuites is yet another glowing testament to ALHI’s determined commitment to bringing only quality products in utterly prime locations.
