Scope The committee shall have full authority to consider all and any concerned issues impacting their health, safety and work environment. Authority The decision of the authority shall be binding on the management and be enforced promptly. The committee shall have to consult the factory management and issues requiring capital investment and infrastructure changes.

It also includes having a mechanism in place to address all complaints through consultation. Process with the active participation from the management as per applicable laws, rules, regulation and best industry practice. Scope The committee shall have full authority to consider all and any concern issue impacting their sexual harassment.
Authority The decision of the authority should be binding on the management and be enforced promptly. The committee shall have to consult the factory management on issues requiring disciplinary action and other legal action.

suggestion boxes provided at prominent place in each floor. The canteen committee has to educate the employees so as to use the facility in a appropriate manner. WORKER’S COMMMITTEE Objective of committee. The workers for their benefits supported by the management formed the workers committee. Here workers are given full liberty to select their leaders. They have been given freedom to join organisation of their choice for their collective bargaining. M/s prateek apparels ensures that workers who make such decision or participate in such organisation are not the object of discrimination or punitive disciplinary actions and that the representations of such organisation have access to their members under conditions established either by local laws or mutual agreement between the employer and the workers organisations.
