Client Services openings: Client Service Manager Reporting to the Senior Manager of Client service, the Client Services Manager will be responsible for internal or external day-to-day management and implementation of client projects. The CS Manager acts as a primary contact and information conduit with the client on assigned projects. The CS Manager will guide internal teams in developing creative solutions that meet client needs, expectations and budgets. The CS Manager should have strong attention to detail and have the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and personable demeanor. Senior Manager, Client Service Reporting to the Director or the Associate Director of Client Service, the Senior Manager of Client Service is responsible for serve the client and the internal team in managing strategic projects and accounts. The Senior Manager should be responsible for directing and supervising client relationships, internal relationships and account operations. The Senior Manager will lead and direct strategic project initiatives from proposal/definition stages through to implementation. In addition to guiding the account team toward meeting the client’s overall marketing objectives, the Senior Manager will also be responsible for managing overall project scope/budget, schedules and delivering on revenue goals. To manage the internal operations of individual projects, to

monitor utilization and resource needs for the studio, to work with CS leadership to establish and monitor effective studio operations. Director, Client Service Reporting to the Executive Director of Client Services, the Client Services Director is responsible for overseeing and guiding senior level relationships for a portfolio (2-6) of account relationships while providing domain level leadership across studio or multiple project account teams. A proven leader with an ability to inspire innovative thinking, the CS Director must have an intuitive understanding of client relationships and internal processes and be able to deliver strategic value to all account relationships. The Client Services Director will also be responsible for guiding junior members of the department in delivering stellar client service. Project manager Reporting to the Director, Client Services, (D, CS) or the Senior Project Manager, (SPM), the Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing individual projects and assisting in managing studio operations processes, such as hours allocation/forecasting, estimates, risk management, quality assurance (QA), and schedules. The PM is responsible for reporting project status, helping to monitor budgets, as well as the quality of deliverables. The PM will work with the CS and all other domains to effectively problem solve in order to ensure the appropriate resources are in place and that the work is conducted in timely fashion and within the original estimated scope. Studio Director (Management) The Studio Director has the primary responsibility of managing the overarching operations of a studio as a business unit of our company. The Studio Director reports on the performance of his/her studio directly to the President, and is accountable for driving the studio to meet companyset financial goals, managing the studio to its assigned operating budget, addressing staffing and personnel needs of the studio, and supervising studio leadership to provide quality solutions and deliverables to our clients. The Studio Director also owns key relationships with senior level clients to ensure client satisfaction and also creates plans for extending business within the existing client base. He/she also works with the Executive Director of Business Development to win new accounts for the studio.

Business Development openings: Director, Business Development Reporting directly to The Executive Director of Business Development, the Director of Business Development will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing and sales tactics needed to achieve the company’s new business revenue targets. The Business Development Director provides day-to-day management of new client opportunities, ensuring that sales targets are met, prospective clients align with company strategy, and that the company is wellrepresented with relevant, well-scoped proposals and timely follow-through. This position works effectively with all management and domain leaders within the company in order to ensure appropriate recommendations to prospects and to produce presentations, proposals, and other deliverables. Interactive or agency experience is a must have.

Creative Openings Art Director Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Creative Services, the Art Director provides leadership in the creative process, assists in the conceptual development and actively participates in the execution of the design direction and visual language of our interactive

solutions. The AD works to engage, as well as inspire, the broader creative team and specifically the designers within the studio and domain. Working closely with the Associate Creative Directors, the Creative Directors/Group Leads, the designer and the rest of the project team in the crafting and creating of our interactive solutions. Designer/ Interaction Designer Reporting directly to the Senior Designer and the Art Director, the designer assists in the development of creative concepts and is responsible for visual exploration, layout design and the final execution of design directions. A Designer must be able to work successfully within a team setting that includes collaboration with Creative Leadership, Interaction Designers, Client Service Managers, Strategists, Information Architects, Writers and Developers to ensure on-brand and technically sound visual design solutions. Sr. Designer Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Creative Services, the Senior Designer is responsible for leading the conceptual development and the design process on all components of a creative solution. Senior Designers direct, lead and provide mentorship to designers and production designers. The Senior Designer must also be able to effectively coordinate with site architects, creative leads, project managers, solution engineers and writers to ensure visual design communicates and functions successfully for varying technical and performance specifications.

Strategy Openings Strategist Reporting to the Senior Strategist or Associate Director of Strategy within their studio, the Strategist is responsible for helping to identify key insights that fuel the creation of compelling, emotionally-relevant and effective user experiences and online marketing programs that accomplish established business objectives for national and international brands. To accomplish this, the Strategist will manage and execute the Insight phase tasks and activities of client engagements within their studio. This will require working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to gather relevant inputs, answer key questions and set direction, develop information architecture, creative concepts and digital marketing plans. This position will work with the Client Service domain, Senior Strategist and the client to identify brand and project objectives, goals and key metrics. Additionally, the Strategist will work with the Creative and Technology domains to ensure that concepts and solutions are on-strategy. Information Architect The Information Architect (IA) translates strategic business requirements into plans and frameworks for online user experiences that are intuitively organized, efficient, and engaging. The IA defines the overall site structure, task flows and page-level content priority. This position acts as a bridge between the Strategy Domain and the Creative and Technology Domains. As such, the IA must possess an adequate level of business acumen, and be conversant in brand communication, visual design concepts, and interactive technologies. The IA reports to the Senior IA or Associate Director of Information Architecture.

Technology Openings Flash Developer An integral part of the development team, the Flash Developer works with the lead developer, information architect and client services to interpret the project requirements and create compelling rich media applications for web sites, online advertising and mobile applications. Flash developers need to think-out-of-the-proverbial box, assimilate great creative direction, make ideas

come to life online, and then follow-up with usable documentation all will meeting a demanding timeline. Business Analyst – Web Development We are seeking a business analyst who has a clear understanding of Web development processes and who is responsible for documenting, defining and evaluating interactive projects for clients. The business analyst will assist/lead with the definition of Web application projects. This individual will help translate user needs, business objectives and technological capabilities into the design of useful, usable, and compelling interactive user experiences. Development Manager The Development Manager is responsible for leading technology teams in planning, developing and launching interactive solutions for our clients. The Development Manager relies on their experience and knowledge gained through participating in a variety of technology initiatives. In addition to managing the technical project team, the Development Manager will interact with the variety of resources within the organization including application architects, designers, information architects, and client services managers to help ensure the successful delivery of the entire project. Developer The Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining web sites. They will troubleshoot issues with existing systems and work with the appropriate resources to resolve them. The Developer relies on their experience and knowledge to plan and accomplish goals. They will have a sponge-like ability to absorb new skills and technologies and an enthusiasm for putting them to use. Application Architect The Application Architect provides technical planning and direction through all phases of a project. They thoroughly understand, and can help others understand, what it takes to successfully build an application. The Application Architect collaborates with various teams to help define requirements, scope and functionality for a given project and then develops a technical architecture based on those requirements. Not only will they rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish project goals, they will be able to architect and/or oversee the technical solution themselves. Also, the Application Architect works closely with the development team to help ensure appropriate development standards and processes are followed. Flex Application Architect Required Skills Working knowledge of UML and architecture design tools. Experience with OO design. Experience designing and implementing design patterns into Flex applications. Experience implementing Cairngorm framework (preferred, maybe not required) Knowledge of Flex UI components as well as design & development of custom Flex components. Experience integrating media design in Flash into Flex (preferred) Working with web services and/or Flash Remoting. Job Responsibilities Design and architecture of Enterprise level Flash/Flex applications. Lead a team of 2-3 developers, working closely with them to communicate architecture and insure proper implementation Working closely with Art Director and IA to identify potential risks in design and insure implementation adheres to provided creative. Must be able to work with a services architect in order to create an efficient and reliable system architecture. Must be able to determine specific tasks necessary to implement each structurally significant feature in order to assist with both project planning and estimation.
