Cola®Mulse DBE DESCRIPTION Cola®Mulse DBE is a microemulsifier and surfactant for dibasic ester solvents. Cola®Mulse DBE improves the detergency and rinsing properties in degreasers, graffiti/paint removers, and various other solvent based cleaners.
