Circuit training
Circuit training Definition a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.

The following is an example circuit of ten exercises. Exercise cards could be made up for each station explaining the exercise, duration and recovery.

Strength Circuit training targets muscular endurance by employing short rest periods, of 20 to 30 seconds, between stations, or sets. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. -
