Notes: 1. Using a frequency over 4 will cause solenoid to oscillate and will damage gauges on test block. 2. Use gasket under pack. 3. Make sure plug is installed as shown before bolting solenoid pack to test fixture. 4. Make sure ground clip is attached to solenoid pack.

TEST BLOCK: A604/A606 Test Temperature 135 Deg F Polarity (-)

Testing the Pressure Switches 1. Turn machine on, set input pressure to 80 PSI, turn leak valve vertical and select channel 3 (duty cycle off). Pressure switch lights 1 & 2 should be green, 3 should be red. 2. Set duty cycle to 40%, pressure switch lights 1, 2 & 3 should be green.

3. Slowly open port 1 to relieve input pressure. When input pressure drops to 15-20 PSI all three pressure switch lights will turn red.

TEST BLOCK: A604/A606 Test Temperature 135 Deg F Polarity (-)
