Social intelligence is a better predictor of success than academic intelligence. 4 Cornerstones 1. Life is a relational experience; civility is handling with care; being aware of others —“flicking of the wrist” 2. There is a connection between incivility and violence; elevate the number of civility; lowers violence 3. There is a connection between civility and our overall health and well being.
