April 1, 2009 Cherry Chen Baby Care CHINA Dear Ms. Chen: I wish I could express myself in Chinese so I could tell you in your language how pleased I am to be describing this program for women at SIAS International University we are convening on May 23-24. I am hopeful you will see the value for Baby Care to be involved with us as we work with young women students and their Mothers, international and foreign faculty, as well as foreign delegates to discover and discuss issues important to being a successful woman in today’s challenging and changing world. The two day Symposium will include 4 keynote speakers, more than 100 breakout session, interactive dialogue with speakers in each of the 40-50 sessions over the two day period. On Friday evening before the opening of the Symposium a banquet for all speakers will be held to celebrate the opportunity we have as women (and men) …to be gaining skills for our lives and for the lives of others in our communities … at this important time in history. The Opening Ceremony on May 23 will feature keynote addresses, followed by breakout sessions that will engage the students and delegates in issues relevant to achieving their purpose, following their passion, and staying on their path for success. The evening will be designed to continue the dialogue informally. Day two will be a continuation of sessions, a noon unveiling of art and sculpture being created for the campus, a Closing Ceremony with keynoters, as well as the announcement of the opening of the World Academy for the Future of Women to be housed on SIAS campus. As a sponsor for this event you have the opportunity to introduce Baby Care products to more 18,500 students at SIAS. Obviously these students will be future parents and their child may become the next generation of users of Baby Care products. I’m sure the market niche is obvious and I’m certain you understand this enormous and immediate consumer group we are inviting you to meet.
