Letter of intent To, CHANDRABHANU MISHRA With reference to your interview dated: 26/11/09 and the discussion you had with us, we are pleased to offer you a position in our organization. on the terms and conditions listed below.
1. Designation: Software Development Trainee
2. Salary: Your CTC will be 2 Lakh . Your salary is payable once a month with in 8 days from the day of completion of month in accordance with the company standard payroll practices.
You will also be entitle to performance based incentives as per company’s policy. The same are subject to change as per company’s plans from time to time and will be.
The deductions from the gross salary will made for professional tax, income tax and any other statutory taxes levied by Indian government as applicable from time to time.
3. Joining date: Your joining date will be first week of December 2009 with 5 working days of your acceptance of the offer. On joining of organization you will be required to sign an appointment letter and a non disclosure agreement.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT 1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES a) The company will expect you to work with high standard of initiative, Efficiency and economy. b) You will devote your entire time to the work of the company and will not undertake direct / indirect business or work, honorary or remunerator except with the written permission of the management in each case. c) You will not be seeking any type of employment or retainer-ship opportunities with any of the existing or prospective clients of the company. This will be applicable for a period of one year after termination of services with the company. You will not be entitled to any kind of pending dues from the company in case you do so.
2. GENERAL a) The incentives will be released on monthly basis as per Receipt of payment from clients. The entitlement will be subject to continuity of services with the company the time of disbursement. b) You will be governed by the Service Rules and Regulations including the conduct, discipline and appeal rules, administrative orders and any such other rules / orders of the Company that may be in force time to time.
