The Impair Aware machines that your company manufactures have provided similar results as the tools routinely used by law enforcement officers when determining Blood Alcohol Concentrations. The Impair Aware machine is a useful and dependable device or evaluating the users Blood alcohol content (BAC) or blood alcohol concentration. The Impair Aware machine provides users who are near or over the legal B.A.C. limit for operation of a motor valuable caution concerning their ability to drive safely. Although the machine’s results never indicate that the user is legally safe to drive or are admissible as evidence in a court of law, the Impair Aware Machine’s results do function as a useful public safety recommendation. Law enforcement officers are committed to preventing highway injuries and deaths. If users of Impair Aware machines take precautions and alternate transportation as a result of your product’s use, then its operation may help reduce the number of alcohol related auto accidents and injuries in Georgia.
