VILLAMOR JR. of the Occupational Medicine Department, would like to tender my resignation as the designated Chairman of the Medical Records Department of ARC Hospitals effective today, December 22, 2018. This is because starting January 2019 onwards, I will just be a visiting medical staff in your hospital since there is an exigency of service in my line of work as the sole Medical Officer of Cebu Technological University. It is a great honor to have been given this opportunity to become one of the Chairs in your institution. All the Medical Record Department staff were very accommodating and professional in dealing with their duties headed by Ms. Zeny Amamio. This has improved my insights and developed my technical skills in learning an innovative approach in documenting, organizing, storing and monitoring of medical records.
