To whom it may concern Ref: Recommendation Letter Mahmoud has been working under my direct supervision for over the last three years in the capacity of a Senior Trainer of the IT Education Project. He was responsible for the supervision of 20 teachers at lO schools within the Abu Dhabi zone. His duties included making inspection visits to schools to maintain the programme quality, mentoring of individual teachers to improve their teaching practise, designing and running teacher training workshops as well as providing input on the development of curriculum for the programme. In addition to this he also performed other administrative tasks such as lesson scheduling, managing the teacher recruitment process and following up on the assessment of teacher performance. Since the beginning Mahmoud has shown a very high level of commitment to the achievement of the Project's educational goals. His active participation in the Clic programme as well as the development of an online Knowledge Management System for teachers further enhanced the educational dimensions of the IT Education Project.
