The Horse & the Gray Flannel Suit An intro to Equine Assisted Leadership Training. “Horses respond very directly to different leadership styles,” says Dickson. “It’s a fun, non-threatening, but very revealing exercise for the participants.” We all have difficult situations and want to know how to implement wise counsel/business, resulting in a win/win for all. Come and learn through demonstration with the horses of how we can handle the tough areas we often encounter from day to day.
