Advance Notice of AGM The annual general meeting will be held on:

Wednesday 28 October 2009 at 7:00 p.m. In the lobby of 15 Murray Street The formal AGM notice will be given at least 15 days prior to the meeting. Quorum The Condo Act states that a quorum for the transaction of regular business at a meeting of owners is 25% of the units are present in person or by proxy which is 21 units for CCC.419. Election of Directors Note: We have 3 positions on the Board to be filled at the upcoming AGM, for a term of 2 years. Candidates If you wish to be a candidate in the upcoming election or if you would like to nominate a candidate, please use the nomination or proxy form enclosed. All submissions must be received before 12 October 2009. Also, candidates are invited to submit a short resume or bio to be included with the formal notice to owners. Proxies The Condo Act states that a proxy for the election of directors must state the names of the candidates for whom the proxy is to vote. For this reason, owners who give proxies will know the names and addresses of candidates when they prepare their proxies. The owner must vote for the candidates prior to giving the proxy to the Board or friends. Proxies where the votes have not been filled in by the owner will be used for quorum only.
