• About how many people do you want to feed? • Will this be a dinner function or an hors d’ouerve party? • Is it a sit down function or buffet style? Are you picking up the food to take to your event or are you • needing us to deliver the food? Do you require full service, servers, bussers and bartenders, or • would you prefer to self-serve your event and have us come pick up afterward? • Linens - cost based on table layout and set up. glasses, sliverware - cost based on table layout • Plates, and set up. Service- We use 100% biodegradable • Disposable corn starch plates and cutlery for disposable service.
• Tables and Chairs - cost based on table layout. • We deliver, 5% Service Charge added deliver, provide full service* on site and pick up, • We 18% Service Charge added *full service includes one server/busser for up to 3 hours for each $1000 of food and wine ordered. Overtime is billed at the rate of $15.00 per hour. No overtime will be incurred if the event ends on schedule.

Venues Not sure where to host your holiday function? We recommend two great locations on the central Oregon Coast. Oregon Coast Aquarium Yaquina Bay Yacht Club We are happy to make the booking arrangements for you. Charges will be added based on facilities room rental rates.
Catering Policies
Deposit & Cancellation Policy: A deposit of 50% of the Total Estimated Amount is needed to confirm the booking of this event. Deposit refunds on cancellations are handled as follows. Notice over 30 days prior to event: full refund of deposit. Notice 10 to 29 days prior to event: 50% refund of deposit. Notice less than 10 days prior to event: no refund of deposit Final Payment: Clients will be billed for the balance due at the close of the event for off premise full catered events. For customer pickup orders balance due when order is picked up. For delivery/drop off orders, balance due at delivery.
