Cargo movement is our specialty catering to the needs of Food Giant Jollibee group of companies, Aboitiz Transport System – 2GO and the United Nations- World Food Program.

PRC has cross docking sites and cold chain facilities including numerous reefer trucks with a 24/7 operation across the nation. PRC has the proven track record by major companies in the Philippines with stringent quality needs. Cargo movement is our specialty catering to the needs of Food Giant Jollibee group of companies, Aboitiz Transport System – 2GO. and the United Nations- World Food Program. We are an Award Winning freight service provider that delivers cost efficient cargo movements. Through this, no doubt that PRC logistics is the leading cold chain warehouse and Logistics provider in the Philippines. As it caters to the needs of Food Giant Jollibee group of companies, and 2GO. And relation to this, we cannot deny the fact that there are other logistics company in the Philippines who is offering the same service as PRC provided in their customer. How will PRC logistics be able to maintain its service so their existing customer will not be able to transfer or make business to other logistics Companies. One of the most challenging part is

the fast changing environment calls for the Flexibility of operation and strategy. Effectivity of management and strategy is only the effect.

AREAS OF CONSIDERATION (SWOT ANALYSIS) Strengths     

ALTERNATIVE COURSES OF ACTION 1. CONTINUE ADOPTING AUTOMATION Advantage: Meet distribution goals. With the help of cloud base system like JDE, oracle. Organization can automate their logistics process processes. Disadvantage: Unpredictable Cost. Aside from the initial cost of the system it also requires for an upgrade probably every year or month which we cannot predict how much is the cost. 2. Offer as many option as your customer needs true survey Advantage: Customer Satisfaction. Many customer nowadays have different opinion some wants their product or service delivered and others want to pick up. Disadvantage: Sending survey often to customer can irritate customers and lead to customer burnout. 3. Improve return policy. Advantage. Customer Loyalty. customer will avail gain the service of the company after a positive returns experience. Disadvantage: A return of large item can crush the company cash flow.

RECOMMENDATION To maintain fast deliveries of the PRC logistics in its customer I will recommend AC#1 because if the company will continue adopting automation they will be able to monitor deliveries and the process with easy and with less manpower. And to maintain its service to the customer and to increase the loyalty of the customer to the company I suggest AC#2 and AC#3, because customer satisfaction is the key in loyalty of the customer of the company. If the customer feels they are valuable to the company, they will increase they trust to the company which leads to higher profit. In this event it will also increase the value of the company in the eye of the customer.
