Manufacturing process
LEATHER SELECTION
The consistent high quality of HIDESIGN leathers is borne out of careful selection and grading of hides. There are many different grades of leathers to select from of which HIDESIGN chooses to utilise the FULL HIDE, some times known as FULL GRAIN
TANNING
Tanning is the chemical reaction between tannic acids and protein in the Hide, which preserves the leather.
