Answer: I. The was a clear exchange process taking place between donor and

Los Angeles Rescue mission because both parties are fulfilling the major points necessary for exchange process, as we see in case application that there are two parties and both parties and both have some value for each other. As Rescue mission offering donors to help poor and home less people who have no food and shelter. On the other hand donors are free to accept or reject tnhe offering of rescue Mission and both parties are desirable for deal because donors also want to help poor homeless people who need food and shelter II. Mission’s offering to donors as a product is the services and products

(food & Shelter) that will provide by the Rescue Mission in order to fulfill needs of the poor homeless people who need food and shelter, and Rescue Mission will perform and provide products and services on the behalf of donor. III. Potential donors were ask to pay there satisfactory price and what

they can easily pay to help the poor homeless people who need food and shelter ,or we can also say that what price could satisfy donor’s want to pay in order to gain internal Satisfaction through this mission.

Question#2 What types of utility have bee created through the Los Angeles Rescue Mission’s marketing efforts?

Answer: Through marketing efforts of Rescue Mission the following utilities were created which are described in the following points. 

Information Utility: It create information utility because through Marketing adds in the News papers ; it inform people (donors) that they can satisfy their want of helping poor homeless people who need food and shelter.

 Time Utility: It create timeliness for those people through monthly appeals because each moth there is a segment of people who save some part of income for charity purpose to satisfy their want to give others. 

Image Utility: It also create image utility because their marketing consist of emotional appeal that ‘helping the needy’. And their was local and social standing approach was also there to target donors in order to satisfy the want of donor to help needy people.
