STEP 2. Attend the Loan Orientation Seminar (Regular session is every Monday, 2:00 PM at CANDEVCO office, Food St., Central Plaza Complex, Lag-on, Daet, Cams. Norte) STEP 3. Prepare the following requirements: 2pcs. 2x2 picture Original Barangay Clearance (for CANDEVCO Loan Purposes Only)

Started the microfinance program in Daet organized as NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION (NGO) in the name of COOPERATIVE EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER (CEDC) where the members are females only manage by the Augustinian sisters OIC-Bicol branch is Ms. Sally P. Nicolas With Php1 million of assets Granted an office bldg. worth 2M funded by The Netherland Some of the members beginning to dropped out Undergo the partnership with National Confederation of Cooperatives (NATCCO) because of fund insufficiency CEDC was converted to cooperative 100 persons active members left out from 783 total number of members First conducted the Pre-Membership Education Seminar to 23 active members Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) approved CEDC as a cooperative in the name CAMARINES NORTE DEVELOPMENT COOPERATIVE(CANDEVCO) Ms. Sally P. Nicolas was running for area manager of NATCCO Ms. Luz R. Payla promoted as the manager Some of the cooperatives in Camarines Norte help CANDEVCO to its financial problem to be able to extend its operation The journey continued NATCCO released additional fund for CANDEVCO amounting Php650,000 Recruitment of new members continued by conducting PMES on different municipalities January – NATCCO offered MiCOOP program then approved by the Board of Directors of CANDEVCO February - NATCCO MiCOOP operation adapted CANDEVCO March – started to hire new staffs 1 Development officer, 1 cashier and 1 bookkeeper April – new staffs undergo seminar MICOOP GOVERNANCE for 10 days -immersion to San Isidro Devt. Coop. (SIDECO) in Naga May – Grand Opening of CANDEVCO Under MICOOP program of NATCCO with its Policy Systems and Procedures Awarded as 2nd top performer in portfolio quality maintaining 5% portfolio at risk Decided to buy-out the investment of NATCCO Awarded as 3rd place Outstanding Cooperative in small category The whole operation was handed by the members of CANDEVCO headed by the Board of Directors Awarded 1st place in the “2016 Annual Search for Outstanding Cooperative” – Small Category Bought a new office building Transferred of its new office address
