Bugis - Toraja Tour

WONDERFULL BUGIS - TORAJA, 7 Days / 6 Nights DAY 01 : Makassar – Bira (LD). Upon arrival at Hasanuddin airport meeting service, than direct to Bira via Gowa, Takalar and Bantaeng and Bulukumba regency. In Tana Beru we will have a chance to admire the skillful hands of Buginese in constructing Pinisi boat, this is the Center of Pinisi Boat building in Sulawesi Island. After that continue the trip to foreland Bira, afternoon arrive in Bira. Check in Hotel and overnight. Lunch at the local restaurant. Dinner at the hotel. DAY 02 : Bira – Liukkang Island – Bira (BLD). After breakfast, leaving to Liukkang Island its about 20 minutes from Bira by traditional boat, Liukkang Island is a small beautiful island there is ideal place for swimming, fishing, sunbathing and snorkelling. Afternoon back to Tanjung Bira, free program. Lunch will be provide by box. Dinner at the hotel. DAY 03 : Bira - Kajang – Sengkang (BLD). Breakfast at Hotel, check out, than proceed for leaving to Sengkang. Enroute you will visit Kajang village (an unique tribe preferred isolation from the modern world. This tribe is ruled by a tribal and religious chief called Ammatoa). Than continue the trip. Afternoon arrive in Sengkang Regency, check in hotel, overnight. Lunch and Dinner at the local restaurant. DAY 04 : Sengkang - Lake Tempe - Toraja (BLD). Breakfast at Hotel, check out than tour to Lake Tempe to see the way of life of some people who still live on their floating houses. After that continue tour to visit the traditional silk-weaving village. Than continue the trip to Tanah Toraja. Arrival in Toraja, check-in to your hotel, overnight, free program. DAY 05 : Toraja Fullday Tour (BLD). Buffet Breakfast at hotel, starting tour to visit Lemo (stone carving grave on the rock cliff), (the old traditional village of Torajanese), the stone carving grave of Ke’te Kesu Kingdom, oldest hanging grave) and Marante (the combination of carving stone and hanging grave) (old royal stone graves of the seventh king).
