Feedback from the Consultation Events Over 350 people have now been consulted as part of the Review of the Local Strategic Partnership. Some of the key contributions you made are:

• • • • •

LSP Assembly is too big, unwieldy and lacks focus No-one understands the purpose of the LSP Executive Whilst there are a lot of Third Sector Representatives on the LSP many of them are unclear about the true purpose of the Partnership The LSP doesn’t communicate effectively with wider stakeholders and the people of Blackpool There is a lack of trust and respect among some Assembly Members

You told us you would like to see…

• • • • • • •

Greater openness and transparency Engagement from key partners Clear governance procedures and mechanisms for monitoring non-compliance Improved Communication More effective Third Sector Engagement Greater involvement from Elected Members Partners contributions branded their own

We need your views! There’s still time to share your views on the future of Blackpool Strategic Partnership. To get your voice heard contact: Amanda Bennett, Partnerships Officer on (01253) 477032 or email [email protected]
