International Private Link Circuits (IPLC) International Private Link Circuits (IPLC) provides half-circuits to any hard-to-reach destination. The circuit consists of two halves: one from the customer location to the theoretical middle of an international circuit and the other half across another operator’s network to the point of termination.

Wholesale Bandwidth Wholesale Bandwidth provides dedicated capacity on Belgacom ICS’ SDH/DWDM network between any two cities using local loops from partners when necessary. Diverse configuration regarding routing diversity at backbone level and local tail level are available depending on customer requirements.
